Library Expansion Update
A rumor has started that the Moore Public Library has run out of money to complete the library expansion project.
That is totally FALSE.
Work has stopped because the rough electric inspection has been delayed. It has been held up because of difficulty interpreting the building code for the elevator in conjunction with the codes for the old building.
Thanks to the USDA loan we've secured, the library has the necessary funds to continue and complete the project, and we're committed to delivering a top-notch facility for our community.
